1. Processing Time To maintain our quality standards and ensure secure transaction handling, we take a dedicated approach to processing every order.

Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. We appreciate your patience as we ensure everything is perfectly handled before it leaves our facility.
2. Shipping Methods In order to provide reliable and consistent service to all countries, we currently offer Standard Tracked Shipping only.

We do not offer express or expedited shipping options at this time.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email once your package has been dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Time Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Japan & USA: 5–12 business days

Canada, UK & Europe: 7–16 business days

Australia, New Zealand & Brazil: 10–21 business days

Rest of World: 14–28 business days
Please note: These are estimates based on average transit times. Actual delivery dates may vary due to customs clearance, local postal conditions, or seasonal volumes.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Tokyo Retro Lab is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Order Tracking You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking status usually becomes active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
6. Regional Shipping Notice — Middle East Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East and related airspace and logistics disruptions, shipping to certain countries in the region may be subject to significant delays or temporary service interruptions.

Deliveries to Israel, Palestine, Lebanon, Yemen, and surrounding affected areas may experience delays well beyond our standard estimates.

In some cases, shipment to certain destinations may be temporarily suspended until safe and reliable delivery can be confirmed.

Delays caused by regional conflicts, airspace restrictions, or other force majeure events are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds under our Return & Refund Policy.
